The phone comes with a 6.53-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of Full HD+ 1080 x 2340 pixels (395 ppi). The device is protected by a 3rd generation Gorilla Glass in the front. Xiaomi Poco M3 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 (11 nm) processor with Adreno 610 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM. Xiaomi Poco M3 runs Android 10 and is powered by a 6000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi Poco M3 on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera; a second 2-megapixel camera and a third 2-megapixel camera. It sports a 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
