Kim Kardashian and comedian Pete Davidson have ended their relationship.
Due to distance and schedule conflicts, they did part ways amicably this past week.
Since October 2021, the two have been romantically involved. They made their red carpet debut in May after becoming Instagram official in March.
Kardashian talked about how she first met Davidson while hosting "Saturday Night Live" in an episode of her Hulu series.
While noting that Davidson did not attend the after-show party, Kardashian claimed on the show, "I did 'SNL,' and then when we kissed in the scene, it was just a vibe." She claimed she made up her mind to seek him afterwards.
She recalled, "I called the producer at 'SNL' and asked, 'Hey, do you have Pete's number?'" "They replied, "Yeah," and I texted him. I wasn't even considering the possibility of becoming romantically involved with him."
After eight years, Davidson left the venerable comedic sketch program at the end of the previous season.
After filing a request some months prior that her estranged husband, artist Kanye West, rejected, Kardashian was officially proclaimed single by a Los Angeles court in March.
The former couple, who went through a bitter divorce process, have four kids together.
